KERRY GAA SUPERDRAW 2026/27
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter and Purpose
The Kerry GAA Superdraw is promoted by Coiste Chontae Chiarraí.
The purpose of the Superdraw is to raise funds for the Kerry GAA Training Fund.
The Superdraw is operated under a lottery licence granted by the District Court, Tralee District No. 17.
2. Eligibility
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over at the time of entry.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are legally permitted to participate from the jurisdiction in which they are located.
Kerry GAA reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility before awarding a prize.
3. Entry
Entries may be purchased online through the official Kerry GAA Superdraw ticketing page or through authorised Kerry GAA ticket sellers.
Only valid, fully paid entries received before the applicable closing date will be included in the draw.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring that the contact details supplied are accurate.
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Ticket Prices
Superdraw tickets are available at the following advertised prices:
1 ticket – €10
3 tickets – €25
8 tickets – €50
20 tickets – €100
3 tickets – €25
8 tickets – €50
20 tickets – €100
5. Main Draw
The main Kerry GAA Superdraw is scheduled to take place in January 2027.
The final date, time and location of the draw will be confirmed and published through official Kerry GAA channels.
Kerry GAA reserves the right to amend the draw date where reasonably necessary. Any revised date will be communicated through official Kerry GAA channels and all valid entries will remain eligible for the rescheduled draw.
6. Prizes
The main prize is a brand-new Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid, from Kerry GAA Associate Sponsors, Kellihers Toyota.
Additional prizes will also be awarded as advertised during the Superdraw campaign.
Full details of confirmed prizes will be published through official Kerry GAA channels.
Where circumstances outside Kerry GAA’s reasonable control make it necessary to substitute a prize, Kerry GAA may substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value, subject to applicable law and the conditions of the lottery licence.
7. Promotional and Early Prize Draws
Kerry GAA may hold separate promotional or early prize draws during the Superdraw campaign.
The prize, qualifying period, closing date and any specific eligibility requirements applying to a promotional draw will be communicated separately at the time of that promotion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an eligible entry selected as a winner in a promotional draw will remain eligible for the main Kerry GAA Superdraw.
8. Selection of Winners
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries included in the relevant draw.
Kerry GAA’s decision in relation to the administration of the draw and determination of eligible entries will be final, subject to applicable law.
9. Notification of Winners
Winners will be contacted using the contact information supplied with their entry.
Entrants are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.
Kerry GAA may request reasonable proof of identity, age and eligibility before releasing a prize.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 28 days of notification, Kerry GAA reserves the right, where permitted, to select an alternative winner.
A shorter claim period may apply to a time-sensitive promotional prize. Where applicable, this will be stated in the terms of that promotion.
10. Prizes and Prize Claims
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered unless otherwise expressly stated by Kerry GAA.
Winners are responsible for any costs associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly included as part of that prize.
11. Publicity
Kerry GAA may invite winners to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Superdraw.
Any use of a winner’s personal information for publicity purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
12. Personal Data
Personal information supplied in connection with the Superdraw will be processed for the purposes of administering the draw, validating entries, contacting winners, awarding prizes and meeting applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Personal data will otherwise be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the Kerry GAA Privacy Policy.
13. Circumstances Outside Kerry GAA’s Control
Kerry GAA will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation under these Terms & Conditions where this results from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Where such circumstances materially affect the Superdraw, Kerry GAA will take reasonable steps to communicate any changes through official Kerry GAA channels.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or otherwise making a valid entry into the Kerry GAA Superdraw, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by any additional published terms applying to a specific promotional draw.
