Post Primary Schools – U15 Blitz – Friday 29th November
Over 120 boys put on some great displays of football in an under 15 Post Primary Schools blitz across two venues in Tralee on Friday last, 29th of November.
Teams from CBS The Green Tralee (2), St. Brendan’s College (2), St. Michael’s College Listowel, and Mercy Mounthawk Tralee put on exhibitions in Caherslee and Pat Healy Park Ballyrickard despite wet conditions during the day where all players saw plenty of action throughout with each team playing two games.
Many thanks goes to the respective schools and their teachers for organising travel and accompanying players to the venues, to referees Billy Lacey and Jim O’ Connor for a great job officiating and to Joe Wallace in Caherslee and to Kerins O’ Rahilly’s club for the use of their grounds at this time of the year it is greatly appreciated!
