SCÓR  NA NÓG CRAOBH NA hÉIREANN 2023

Fifty years of Scór na nÓg will be celebrated and it will be a very special occasion for the families of four Kerry Clubs and Coiste Scor Ciarraí at the All Ireland Scór na nOg Finals which will be held this Saturday May 6th in the INEC Killarney with activities getting underway at 11:30pm with the Quiz; the first part of the days programme  followed at 3pm with the on stage competitions.

 Those competing are Glenflesk; Aoise O Donoghue, Muireann Healy, Abby Cronin, Cliona Moynihan, Sarah O Donoghue, Patrick Mullane, in the Bailéad Ghrúpa. Having reached the finals last year this group will be striving not alone to atone for last years result but they will also be hoping to bring the first Bailead Ghrúpa to the County in this category.

Crotta O Neills; Conor Brennan, Thomas Breen, Sarah Murphy, Ellen Trant, Grace Hannon Linnane, representatives in Ceol Uirlise, renowned for their musical talents; this group will be giving it their best shot in their endevours to make history for their club by lifting a National Cup.

Spa in Rince Set, with the following who make up this talented group; Roisin O Sullivan, Isabele Waters, Grace O Connor, Aine O Sullivan, Cira O Donoghue, Dara Brosnan, Diarmuid o Donavan, Colm O Connor, Oisin O Sullivan; All Ireland glory is nothing new to this club and in fact this year will be striving to make it two-in-a-row of National Titles;

Tralee Parnells; a relatively new club to the scene, formed in 2012 they are very active in all Scór activites. They will compete in Tráth Na gCeist with their line up of Donnacha Buttimer, Brian Reidy, Karl Cronin, Aoife Trant. A very confident group; Munster finalists for 2022 and 2023 will be hoping to enter the winners enclosure on this occasion.

It promises to be a great day of entertainment showcasing all things Scór. Kerry are honoured to have 23 young people from the County compete in this years final in 4 of the discplines; and certainly there is an air of confidence throughout the County that all four Clubs involved in the various catagories are deserving ambassadors with plenty talent and will not let the Kingdom down.
