MUNSTER SCÓR NA NÓG FINALS
A huge occasion ahead for our Kerry competitors who qualified from the County Finals held in the Currow Community Hall recently and who will now be representing Coiste Scór Chiarraí at the Munster Finals of Scór na nÓg which will take place on this Saturday April 15th and the venue will be the Éire Óg GAA Pavilion, Ovens, County Cork with proceeding getting underway at 1pm with the Quiz followed by the on-stage discplines at 2:30pm.
The standard of performances at this level has been exceptional and is testimony to the vast amount of talented performers we have within the County.
No doubt Scór enthusiasts from all six Munster counties will be travelling in huge numbers to the County Cork venue to cheer on their respective Clubs to further glory, who are just one step away from competing in an All-Ireland Final; so those involved in all 8 discplines will all fancy their chances of going forward to the All-Ireland Finals in the INEC , Killarney on Saturday May 6th.
Glenflesk, from the East Kerry Board, will be our representatives at Solo Singing, Recitation and Ballad group along with the Spa Set Dancers. From the South of the County, it’s Piarsaigh na Dromoda in Figure Dancing and Novelty Act. North Kerry Hurling have Crotta O’Neills through in Instrumental Music while in Tráth na gCeist, Tralee Parnells from Tralee/St. Brendan’s Board complete the line up for the Provincial finals.
