Nomination and Motion Forms for the County Convention which will be held on Monday 7th December at 7.30pm have been distributed to all Clubs and Districts.
Please note in light of current restrictions the format and make up of this year’s Convention will be confirmed at a later date by the County Management Committee and following direction from Croke Park.
As always, all officer-ships can be contested at each Convention with the exception of Runaí & Cláraitheoir (full time position), Oifigeach Leanai (appointment) and Oifigeach Forbairthe (appointment).

Nominations and Motions are to be returned no later than 5.00pm Friday 6th November 2020.
Please note the closing date for receipt of Motions relating to Competitions will be held back until a clearer picture emerges for the 2021 playing season. Any such Motions will not be dealt with, as is customary, at the last County Committee Meeting prior to Convention but will instead be dealt with at a later County Committee Meeting or should circumstances require, by the County Management Committee.
All those nominated will have until 5pm on Monday 9th November to confirm in writing if they wish to contest positions.
Motions for consideration by the County Convention; “Motions from Clubs shall be submitted on the motion form, which shall be sent to the Clubs at least six weeks prior to the County Convention, and which shall be completed and returned to the County Secretary at least four weeks prior to Convention. Motions from Clubs shall have been approved by a meeting of the Executive Committee or AGM of the Club and the date of such meeting shall be shown on the motion form’. Rule 3.14 OG 2020.
